Yes. That is the exact idea. See by default there will definitely be some people who need some guidance on reaching the designated venue. Even while driving, some cars will be slower than others & will need updates on where the convoy has reached. Also spare a thought for late comers - those reaching the Dahisar Toll Naka after the convoy has left.

Further as suggested by you, co-ordinator can be a point of contact for people who are coming only for Lunch meet.
