Hi, I recently moved from US to Mumbai, would have loved to join the meet but my car will be delivered only around 30th April (I am hoping). I am sure there will be another meet during the monsoon season to which I am surely not going to miss.

Considering people have already posted where they're starting from, it's best to PM your respective sub-group people and plan accordingly. The main meeting point is after Dahisar toll at 6.30. It is best to not have any other large meeting points mid-way since it usually just adds to the delay as people stop and chat instead of heading directly to the meeting point.

PS: The more cars, the merrier

2-3 people confirmed for Eastern meeting point - Jupiter Hoispital, Thane.

What about others? Can others please mention which sub-group they are joining so that there is no confusion around how many are expected at each meeting point?

Guys i suggest we meet directly at the common meeting point as it is not very far out of the city and grouping before that can lead to delay.

Even if you guys decided to meet earlier and drive in a group do reach the meeting point before 6:45AM without fail.

What about Thane guys? They will come via Godhbunder road & will met the convoy at Godhbunder junction at NH-8.

They will obviously not come to Dahisar Check Naka.

The only riding gear I have is Helmet.

But, during the last T-BHP meet I saw Bikers with almost all the riding gears (jackets, hand gloves, Elbow & Knee Armor, etc). That is why I am wondering whether I will be odd man out with only helmet?

I was discussing just that with powertrain on PM. Would it be possible for the western team to shift the meeting point 4-5 kms forward to let's say Fountain hotel or may be even Delhi Darbar parking lot?

@ Jiignesh/ KSM, we don't mind meeting at Dahisar but as SDP suggested, the most convinient would be Fountain Hotel (junction of Godbunder road & W.Exp.H'way).

We are fine with what the majority decides.

We did think about this but the Fountain Junction is a very busy one and we do not want to disturb the traffic by parking 20+ cars and 20+ bikes. Also there can be cops around which may ask us to leave resulting in a lot of confusion and last moment coordination.

DD is on the opposite side of the direction in which we are going to drive.

There is enough space on the left just after the Dahisar Toll naka.

As far as the team coming from Thane is concerned it would be great if they can come down to the toll naka (6kms from fountain) is possible. Else we can coordinate and you guys can join the convoy as while are passing.

Open to suggestions.
