It looks like everybody's okay with the date- not the location. People aren't prefering ghats. Ok, so how about Dahanu? I've heard there's a good beach out there, and there are just about enough roads to call it a trip. Reason enough for all two strokes, no ghats, and hey, a glance at the big bore Kawi, perhaps...?

hey guys i know im new but then i'll be glad to join in.. DAHANU sounds neat. actually even AMBY VALLEY sounds well, but as i notice most ppl prefer DAHANU

Lonavala (AMBY VALLEY) plan :
7:00 am at reclamation on bikes and leave all together

DAHANU plan :
7:00 am we can meet up at phases. half the guys at reclamatioin.
8:00 am we can meet up at the highway near THANE or something and then all guys push straight to DAHANU.

i hope the plans are neat enough to materialize.

@all : in anku's case i went along with him to him to see the ZZR. its a neat bike but the engines valves need repairing (because of this it gives a engine knocking noise) the belly screws and nuts are outta place and all stickers are aftermarket. the exhaust's are silent but nice. its KA registration and the problem is the customs duty papers are not in order. so its not a good decision to buy it off. cause as of wat i know there are not much ZZR's in and around her and all of a sudden all jus sprouting up.

forget anku... lets make the get to gether happen.

We still have a week to decide the destination. So let's see which are the FIXED parameters here.

Meet-up Date : 6 th. Conifrmed, I assume. Since it's a sunday, all the busy bees can come..?

Destination : We have options;

A) Dahanu (Outside Mumbai),
B) Aamby Valley (weekend traffic and ghats),
C) Alibaug (Too long??? Perhaps we could go look at Chinkara Motors),
D) Vajreshwari Temple/Hot springs (Too near??),
E) I dunno. Anybody got better ideas?

There's little fun in a rider's meet if there ain't much riding, eh...

LOL! the funny thing is we've got a number of places to go but even if we do decide to we need more people so until the names list doesnt spring up then I guess....Lets hope we dont get to use the C word.

(planing to meet at THE HUB on the higway if we're pushing off to dahanu or vrajeshwari)

(meet at Bandra reclamation if we're off to amby valley)

com'n guys push this. lets make it happen. if nothing decided at the end. we all leave for AMBY VALLEY and meet at 6am at Bandra RECLAMATION end. try getting only bikes.. cars not a problem but u dun wanna be left out driving alone

this way we know wat we are doing

@anku : get urself a ride or else ur riding pillion with me

You guys REALLY like to plan things when I'm not gonna be there..Leaving Bombay on the 5th afternoon for Poona.. gonna spend the weekend there and then off to Bangalore on the 7th morning for Bangalore for the Rally.. SHEESH!:(
And anyway.. my baby's been stored away for the rains.. Riding an RD in the rains is not the wisest thing to do.. I'll be in the company Scorpio loaded up with stuff:(

i was justb thinking how about having the pune bikers also meeting us at ambey valley or something.that way we would hava bigger group too.and we can take things from there.but if it continues to rain like this i think welll have to postpone it.

buddy u got it all wrong..
with the kind if papers the bike has its best to ride it in the city..late in the night.....its mine ..for sale though.....nice bike..couldnt ride it to its potential though...heats up pretty quickly in traffic like the busa.....

also bout the ride..im in..on what not certain...but in i am....
