How about the cafe coffee day next to cafe sandwicho? theres ample parking and thats a tried and tested place since the time it opened. Me and my friends usually use that place as a pitstop after our weekend rides.

I’m relatively new to the forum but have been in Hyderabad for most of my life,

What excites me most about the forum is the community we built on top.
I would love to be a part of the meets organised here but I guess I had bad timing,
With the whole Covid situation.

Is there any group besides WhatsApp that I can be part of,?
because my smartphone isn’t working now yet I’m very excited to get to know other BHPians in the twin cities.

Actually I have recently shifted to Hyderabad and was also looking forward to meeting fellow Bhpians. We can plan to meet in any cafe in Jubilee Hills or the locals here can suggest.

Hello everyone, I'm new to the city too, and would love to meet up with everyone. I was in Chennai for 14 years before shifting here in September.

Like the others are suggesting, lets plan something for the Dusshera weekend. If Dushera day is going to be crowded, how about the sunday, 17th October? Jubilee or Banjara hills should be central enough for everyone, I hope.

I leave it to the others to suggest venue options, since I don't know much about any of the places.

It's a shame that Hyderabad Team-BHP meet thread has gone into a dormant stage. Who would believe this used to be the most happening meet thread in entire India.

I was visiting Hyderabad after 4-years for a couple of weeks. This visit, I really wanted to ride with my Team-BHP-cum-Old Riding buddies.

We did a 200kms ride on May 6th, 2023. Unfortunately, a few more BHPians were supposed to join but, they had to cancel due to various reasons.

Plan was simple. We meet as early as possible in the morning (6:00am was the plan) as it was scorching hot in Hyderabad. And, ride 100kms on the Medhal Highway and stop for breakfast at this popular restaurant on this highway.

And, my buddies let me switch bikes as we ride and I kept moving from one to another motorcycle getting to enjoy all of them.

We went a little ahead and turned back as I was not satisfied with 200kms.

I rode the Harley for half-way and then switched to Ninja 1000 which was my ride for most part of this breakfast ride.

It was smooth, powerful and has an insane acceleration. I was able to go up to unmentionable speeds in no time.

Summary- My 4-year old (actually, I am riding after almost 6-years as I could not ride a bike in my previous India trip) bucket list was ticked off thanks to some awesome buddies who knew how desperate I was to ride a motorcycle.

P.S : Funny Anecdote- My Cortech Riding boots which was not used for 6-years came apart at the sole mid-way. But, still I stuck it on and kept riding even though it was hindering gear changes to some extent. I went home and threw it in the bin.
