Last year these folks were all over the stages with least concern for their own safety and the cops were hurling abuses like nobody's business. Some even got whacked once or twice.

Also the stages remains the same as in 2007 and 2008.

Riju, I just got news from the rally boys saying don't miss the first day 1st stage. So decide a plan and keep me informed.

Well had my first TBHP drive today and guess what, I was the only team-bhpian at the meet. It seems the meet got cancelled and I already almost reached the meeting point by the time I got the news. But anyway decided to go for the drive as I was almost halfway. Had a nice drive till someplace after the airport but the rain was getting very heavy. Reduced speed to 60 and then to 40 and then came to griding halt and then decided to come back as visibility was almost only 20ft. So returned back after the meet turned out to be a misadventure for me. Anyway, there is always a next time ;-)

Hey, it's ok Rahul. Actually on hindsight, it was good that the meet got cancelled. The rain was bit too heavy (actually after a long time I've seen such heavy rain) and drive wouldn't have been enjoyable. I had tough time negotiating the road after Airport as there was not street lights and visibility was almost nil. BTW, had food at Bhagini, seems like a nice place, newly opened. Atleast there is something on that road now for dinner.

I work for L&T. further up the road. So its easy for us to meet up for a super mini meetup.like for breakfast or something like that!!
