So folks, the plan is set - we will then have a morning drive / breakfast to Mahabs on the 27th of September.

Tentative plan (feel free to pour in with suggestions):
Meet up at ECR, before the Uthandi toll (lots of parking space)
Time: 7:30 am (no point having a breakfast at 10am!)
Breakfast venue options: Butterball (http://www.butterball.in/images/main-menu.jpg + fixed breakfast for 150/head)
Hotel Mamalla (http://www.hotelmamallaheritage.com/gallery.html)
or any other place everyone agrees on.

Would like to attend but still not sure.

Gotta pick-up some guests arriving Chennai, Sunday morning (the guests who are joining us for the trip we going on 2nd onwards) So this Sunday a sure rule-out.

And Saturdays are regular work days for me, can not take leave this week as it would raise questions over leaves applied for my trip next week.

A remote chance is to arrange for myself an on-duty visit to our factory at Kelambakkam and couple this Mahabs-meet to that, a two in one. So that I can go to factory after the meet. Let me please check out on this possibility and get back by this Thursday or Friday.

Damn - thats a tough constraint. I was hoping that as 4th saturday it would be off (many companies have 2nd/4th as off). You could maybe drop in, say hello, and then drive to work, if time allows and its not too far from your place? Would be nice to say hello!

You can join us, maybe say hello at the meetup venue or just have a quick breakfast, and then speed your way back to the city. You should be at CTC by 10:30 or 11 even if you have a leisurely breakfast! Do think about it. Would be good to catch up and see your fiesta on the move!

Seems to be "lets meet at the uthandi checkpost at 7:30 am" and after that everything else seems up to guesswork. Hardly 3..4 bhpians too.

Shall we postpone this for some future date as this one seems inconvenient - especially in the middle of navaratri, that's understandable.
