Next thing to decide is the Itenery and Food.

Does any one know some good landmark near Yelahanka where we all can meet up before proceeding to the actual location?

Food:
Lukeskywalker has mentioned that he will arrange (& Sponsor) breakfast for us. But I think we can share the cost.

Once these are confirmed, I will circulate the confirmed head counts again in this thread.

@ mjothi: Yeah, I agree. We need to share the food cost both b/fast and lunch (in Dhaba??). Also, inform what would be the indicative cost so that the folks here will come with the money. Guys, bring some amount extra that what jothi recommends so that in case of an escalations that can be taken care off.

It should not happen as last time (we met in Jayamahal hotel) that some people did not pay up even though it was 500/head...

I remember some good hotel I ate couple of times (7 years back and 3 years back) 1 or 2 km after Hebbal. I suggest we have breakfast, well before we reach Yelahanka. To be very frank I will have breakfast at home and start at 8:30AM.

I just called my cousin who stay in nearby place and he suggested Swati hotel is ideal there it offers veg and non veg food.

Its just after Kodigehalli singal opposite to HP Petrol Bunk.

Lets plan to have breakfast before we go to Luke's farm because it would save his time to arrange for breakfast. However this is just option

Just to cleat, it would be handled as below,

1. Food : Food cost / total head count in meet (Should we count kids? or can we have any minimum age )
2. Alcohol : cost / count of people consumed (Although, I would appreciate if we can eliminate it all together. Possible?)

Basically, there is no plan to collect money upfront. We will just pool in our share once we get the bills. I think everyone is with me in this regard. Opinion?

There is one hotel sherawati, in new yelhakha town, which was pretty good(8 yrs ago!)

We can meet up just after Yelhanka police station.

Lets have a headcount and no of bottles/crates (to be purchased) who want to drink (beer?). Gusy, just pour in with your plans.

I would recommend to collect the money upfront (Min amount) as many people will proceed with K-1000 or other places after food. Getting people to pay up afterwards might be a problem. However, others might have a different opinion though....

So deal is final. If people want to have breakfast, nice place is Swati Gardenia Restaurant, about 2 km after decscending from Hebbal flyover on your left side.
I guess the ideal meeting point will be the bylane infront of Swati Gardenia say at 8:30AM. People who want to have breakfast there should complete your breakfast by then.

Hari, where will you be waiting? Also, pls suggest a nice dhaba for lunch? I personally dont mind a little more drive towards Dodaballapur. Pls fix up a per head price for lunch so we can pay you immediately on meeting. You are the cashier for the luncheon

Boss, Air Base is further up on NH7. We need to turn left well before that for Yelahanka / Dodaballapur

- Guide Map to the Farm with landmarks at turning points, lets say after Mekhri Circle
- Stickers with name + collect some amount upfront.

Also clarify:
- If its breakfast + lunch or only breakfast and break-up before Lunch (1:00 PM ??)

Headcount for Saturday - 2 adults
Alcohol Content - 5.5% v/v i.e. 1 bottle of beer, if its being arranged(not mandatory).

IMO, Children should not be counted for the Cost sharing.
