A suggestion, change the Meeting Venue from S.D. Eye Hospital to something worthwhile like near Vodafone Store near Humayun Nagar P.S. Being a very narrow road, i believe you would hardly find place to park there. So, better shift the venue to something further ahead or something before.

A good meeting place can be either near Vodafone Store or near Cresent Hospital, a few meters before S.D.Eye Hospital (you have a cafe there, so you can have a few cups of tea, till the time everyone turns up)
