How about using an hour for some kind of event management ( like a game or dance or singing etc). Rest two hours can be used to discuss Engines, ICE, Drag and everything related to automobiles

Deepak, it would be wonderful to have you join this mega meet. I am sure it would be an ideal occasion for your first meet. We always look for "new blood" to join to make things more interesting than meeting the same old faces that are regular in meets since last 3 years

Please invite as many friends as you like as the boat as 90 pax capacity and we have 35 confirmations.

ML, please transfer Rs.350/head ( only boat cost) to MC ASAP

You are more than welcome to join in the mega festivities and bring your as many friends as possible. Only thing is you need to pay Rs350/head for the boat charge now and once the other items are finalised pay for them.
