The Chassis number on my Ex Army Gypsy is MG71-IN199300. Is there a way using this to tell the month/year of manufaturing? It is suppose to be 1999 Ex-Army?

May be they have used that sticker for old palio's.

I have gone through the DuPont color code list, unfortunately there no color like infinity black. There are other black color names, will that be helpful ?!

I again messaged him and then he gave me 17 character chasis number. Decoding that number I found my Safari is Aug 2010 made.
