A few members vikram18 and swale84 did try The Bike And Car Salon and have been more than happy with the results. You could give it a try as well.

rr_zen, Ramesh75, today I scouted G.N.Shetty Road, T.Nagar.

I found this Jain temple, and then just after it is one lane, I found this signboard of 3M, SBA. But on going there, I found a signboard saying relocated to address. And the address happens to be where I visited recently.

And btw rr_zen, the Gurudwara and the Jain temple are far apart. So your advice on the location near Gurudwara is false. Corrected now.

Btw, for those who would like more easier navigation to the new address, and have a GPS, set your destination to:
Latitude: 13.0345 ° N
Longitude: 80.248 ° E

Pictures followed.

Jain Temple:

The 3M SBA Signboard:

The Relocated to Signboard:

So the T.Nagar branch of 3m doesn't exist now. Now located in Teynampet.

I suggest you try Vinod Kumar - 9819577406. He did complete work on my 3 yr Zen for 1K, including touch-up on the bumpers and left side rear door. It looks much better than it was now. U can check the pics in the BHPGarage Section.

B&C Salon

Feedback on Bike & Car Salon:
Very quick to respond, but did not agree to see the car and then give a quote. Also their charges were too high (5500 - for complete work + anti-static coat) as compared to Kamyo detailers. However they didn’t offer me any warranty on their work, which was a little turn-off. Also I was told to use special cloths to clean the car daily, if I wanted to retain the shine.
Lastly they were too busy doing BMW's, Mercedes’ & Aircrafts, so they were finding it a tad difficult to find time for my little car. My take is if you have a BIG car with a BIG budget to spend, then these guys will fit the bill.
In cases like mine, ppl like Vinod Kumar are good, else Kamyo detailers does a very good job & the biggest advantage in his case is that he's always ready to squeeze in your car even if he's on a tight time-line.

Hey Maverick, Thanks for the contact. Where does he operate or does he come home?
Also, in your gallery, your car looks like its hardly got any scratches and there is only one picture in which i can see the bumper. Could you post some pics with the bumpers here?
Also, my car has pretty bad scratches (Mainly bumpers), hope they get a good job on them. Thanks again, will get in touch with him soon.

He comes to your place and does all the work. Hint - To make him do a better job, just point to any car standing near-by and tell him that if he does a good job on the one being done, then you will consider giving him the other one also. This surely did work for me. My car hd some bad scratches. He's re-touched them and then poilshed them. From far the scratches are not visible and I am quite sure ppl will not tend to notice them unless you point them out.
I will email the pics to you. Please PM your ID to me.

How is it different from wax polishing and cleaning interiors with shampoo.

In touch-up, they add a small layer of colour (or paint, i dont exactly know what is it) over the scratches so as to cover it up. Hence it is cheaper than repainting and only the scratches are covered up.
