I wanted write this for 2 months, but I didn't get a chance to complete it. Now I'm sharing my experience.
Parts I have bought for converting OE headlight to projector HID
— Ballasts: Morimoto 3Five 35w
— Bulbs: Morimoto 3Five 5000K D2S
— Halos: Yes, Morimoto XB LED (White)
— Projectors: RHD (UK, Australia, etc)
— Re-sealing Glue
— Shrouds: Gatling Gun
— Wire Harness: Relay: H4/9003
Whats Ballasts?
This is an electronic component used to for starting and operating voltage for any gas discharge lamps. This includes fluorescent and HIDs lamps.
Choosing Ballasts
The ballasts available in various wattage starting from 35W to 100W. What I learned is using higher wattage might causes overheat and plastic in headlight might gets affected.
All the OEM ballasts comes with 35w, to be safer I choose this.
The output of the ballasts are directly connected to bulbs, so any direct connectors to bulb is recommended
HID Bulbs?
The HID bulbs looks similar to halogen bulbs, but the way it works is different. There is no filament in this bulb.
The light is generated in arc using gas and metal salt inside the bulb capsule. Apart from cars it's also used in several places includes some of DLP projectors, IMAX projects and more.
Type of the bulbs
For projector headlights, D2S types are used.
Bulb Watts
Most common watts are 35w and 55w, I have chosen 35w
Kelvin:
As most of you know this unit of color temperature, which is mentioned in Kelvin or 'K'.
Please find the various outputs from different kelvins
Shroud:
This is cover for the Projectors, You could choose anything you want.
I got Gatling Gun shroud.
Halos/Angel Eyes:
This is the LED rings in/around the shroud.
Projectors:
To make it simple, If you use single halogen bulb for high and low beam you could use bi-xenon projectors.
By this time you know HID bulbs won't have anything to switch High/Low beams.
It's the projector makes the High/Low beams using an light cutoff shield(nothing but an small plate).
This gets activated when you switch to high beam.
What comes in this assembly is this lens,

Steps required for the conversion
1). Open the bonnet
2). Disconnect all the wiring to headlight
For Vento:
Everything is plug system, easy to remove(I'm sure most of the cars).
Turn light, parking lights - Gently rotate and pull it out
Leveler - Lift the holder, Pull it out
Headlights - Gently pull it out
(This is based on manual).
3). Unscrew and keep the screw with you
4). Gently push it from bottom to get released from lock
5). Unscrew and take halogen bulb kit out.
6). Repeat the same step for the other side
7). Now the fear you might have is on detaching the glass and plastic. If you follow the instructions I guess this is also simple step. I struggled here and found a video in youtube lately which helped me a lot
8). Now fix the LED, Shroud, on the projector based on instructions.
9). Fix the projector screw in the otherside
10). Next step is fixing HID bulb and screw it.
11). Repeat the same step for other side
Wiring Part
12). The actual current for the lights are taken from battery, Only the connector used for switching it. It's plug and play, no wire cuts involved.
13). For the angel rings could be connected with parking lights without cutting any wire. Since the plug used here has the option to remove the wires along. You could join the angel eye wires
14). It's very simple to follow wiring, Please follow this diagram
15). Once wiring is done in the car, bring the headlight with glass. Just fix and verify the angle is correct.
16). If the light angle not correct, adjust the holder and fix it.
17). Now fix the glass by slightly heating the holder portion at a distance of .5 feet.
18). All set to rule the roads
