You might be able to retrofit the projectors into the normal lamps - but it won't be easy. The lamps come sealed and it'll quite a bit of work to get them open. You then will need to fit the projectors in properly, which might involve some cutting and grinding to get them fit properly and get the lamps hermetically sealed again.

Do you want to risk doing that to your lakh-a-pair headlamps for a couple of Audi-wannabe LED strips?

It is a replacement immortalz and not a work on the normal ones.

Yes, but if the aftermarket option you linked not a projector lamp, you'll have to choose between great light throw and bling. Or roll up your sleeves and rip them open to combine them. Also, I've seen wallshots of some aftermarket projectors and they look horrendous compared to OEM ones.

I'm sure they do.
I know a guy who can put xenons + projectors ( same as those from the oems ) on the aftermarket led light option

That's a perfect combo then! I'm waiting for some funds to collect before going to town on my headlights - no Chinese el-cheapo angel eyes for my babe

Will wait and see how yours look abhinav and then take the plunge. The good thing is that these lights are sold in superskoda so the quality should be good. BTW im planning to get led strips for my sideview mirrors. How do I go about getting and fixing them?

I would suggest you to get the normal strips and try a D-I-Y job by replacing their bulbs by LEDS

Haha.
Everyone is after me for the remap

As for the remap part, my warranty expires on July 2010.
However i am not in India starting August/September 2009 - December 2010/Jan 2011.

So no point in getting the remap done before that.
For that period , the car will be used once a week for short distances only.

The remap, the FFE and the Filters will come in after i come back

Amazing Mileage.
A run of 250 kms on the highway and 500 kms in the city on 51.7 Litres of 93 Octane.
That is about 14.5KMPL.

Oh and ya, the highway driving was not at 80 or something.
It was revving all the way with speeds of 200 and maintaining close to 140 at almost all points .
Damn do i love this car.

With the Price of the Petrol down more , i want to revv it even harder

The Pari has done 6160 kms as of today and will get Llumar Tints in a few days
