My son is in MIT doing his BE. So when I visit him next, maybe I will see you zipping around...........

Congratulations again, and the sunset pic is beautiful.
Congratulations and thanks.

Got the first service done (690km). Made a call and gave the car at 10.30 am and got it back by 4pm. A door bush was replaced and the others checked for wear n tear. Paid the bill of Rs 32 and went back very satisfied.

Can you please let us know why the door bush had to be replaced? And what's with the first service at 690 km. Is the service interval for the petrol so short?

The dealer I'm talking to isn't offering any discounts or any accessories (maybe mats, but that's it). So wasn't sure if I'm being taken for a ride (this being December and all), or is it the same for manza everywhere.

Thanks!
Manza is selling like hot cakes these days so you would be very very lucky to get any discounts from a dealer at this point.

Great colour of the vehicle and nice bit of photography!

Until Manza came along, TATA did not feature in the list of car's to buy in the office. Now along side i20, Swift etc, I also hear Manza as an option. Manza has certainly increased TATA's profile a notch.

Good to see that the Manza is keeping you happy. Mileage is nice, if not good. Rs.32 for first service is too good too. Anything to write about the Tata dealership?

To close, the rear door had to be pushed harder than the rest, hence got the small bush replaced.
Remember, I got the car on 4th but the registration was on 25th of November so had to go for the first service for 1 month or 1000 km (whichever is the earliest).

Had no problem with the dealership. Service was pretty good. I feel they are trying hard to improve.

Isn't that a good thing. I have had a smooth sailing . Got my first scratch on the bumper (Long story-Three 20-25 centimeter lines on the right side of the bumper). Felt very bad, but the guys at the showroom did a great paint job and now I can't even say that I had scratched the car.

Good to hear that you are having a smooth sail with your Manza. I have been chasing up all the owners for updates as they seem to have simply dried up. To quote Windride

Congratulations on the Manza bro. Its a complete value for money car, and amazingly spacious. It hurts when the car gets scratched but then these things happen so dont worry about them.

By the way, I am sure you meant "heads turned"
(just pulling your leg)

it is blaupunkt. It is not written anywhere on the Car stereo but you will get it in the user manual of car stereo.

Yep. The kind we used to see on Cartoon Network (some of us even enjoy watching them now). To be frank, it was mostly the "new car" that made people roll (turn) their heads.

Thanks man. I wanted that info since someone on another thread wrote that Manza has spartan bluetooth system and that its Chinese!! Obviously I did not believe in that hence wanted to confirm it from someone who owns Manza.

Enjoy your ride!!
