Just checked, have a spare remote for the OEM HU that came in the Bolero. I think it should work. Will put up the picture later. If it works, let me know will send it to you

Thanks, but I believe the Bolero HU in 1 din and don't have Bluetooth Phone, while mine is 2 din and with Bluetooth phone, may be if you post the picture things will get cleared.

Will try to look at Car Music shop too and also at other service center in Nagpur.

Happy..

I am happy with the paint and the overall fit and finish, the interior has been cleaned properly and the maxicare[paint and underbody] protection that I had was applied back. The car looks as "NEW" and even behavs like "NEW".

Even though I had to wait too long to get everything in place, but the final outcome is pleasing. Apart from Gearbox everything was avoidable, nonetheless things are back to am happy with the work.

I appreciate the effort put by Mahindra, would have been more happy if they would have taken care Leh-Jammu transportation is more professional manner, which would have avoided the repainting !!!

Thats nice to know Pramod. Is it possible to post a few clear pictures of the vehicle in daylight please?

And yes, yours now is the only Scorpio in the entire country to sport a single color paint job, by M&M, officially. Custom made vehicle.

good to see the car is back with all its glory, more pleased with the way Mahindra took care of the issue.

Did they charge anything to you ? Also, is any charge (admin expense type) taken for loaner logan ? It must have gone by now.

Great to hear this news from your side, Pramod could you please tell what has been done near the cooling lines so that the failure does not repeat. What kind of retro-fitments have been done on the A/T system. Is the Failure mode analysis being done?

Spike- an ignorant question, why do Tata and M&M hubs on 4x4 models have the centre hub protruding out like a chariot hub?
Why cant it be flush with the rest of the wheel?
Is it something to do with lockable hubs?

Actually some vehicles like the Endy use a wider track so that the hubs do not protude.

Hose pipe as well the locking mechanism design has been changed, there seems to be 3 hose pipe that has been changed along side the AT transmission box. I heard a similar complaint at Nagpur dealer for an AT[hose pipe lock busted and AT ceases].

Atleast if our manufacturers give some negative off-set wheels it won't look as ugly as it does now. But from why i understand the 4x4 hubs like in the Endy which don't protrude are not as sturdy as the ones that protrude. I am not sure why, I'll let experts comment on this.

I hope M&M launches a recall / potential fix notice for all AT owners.
