WOW... that is my response to all your wishes, thanks everyone. Initially I was looking for tuscan wine, but changed my mind to red.

Yes I am a Fiat lover because of their engine and solid bult quality, that is one of the reason I always supported Punto, and interiors are not that bad, yes there are some fit'n'finish issues which my wife pointed out to me, but those are very common in all puntos.

Front Fog lamp is costing me 1585/- each

Body coloured Door Handles & Mirrors - 3500/-

Silver colour front grill - 1000/-

Body cover - free
3M Sunfilm free
Phillips Xtreme Power 60/55 HLs Free

I got an exchange bonus of 10000/- & Corp discount - 9000/-

Till now I have driven 410kms, and I didn't find any turbo-lag, but I am searching for it.

And to my surprise I found rare AC vents in my Active too.

And guys at KHT Motors are very friendly and helpfull.

Are the above costs for painting or for new colored ones?

Asdon,

Firstly, Congrats on getting the beauty home!

Couple of questions:
Did you do a PDI, if so when and where ( at their yard/showroom), just wanted to know how receptive they are to this? Also any specific reason why you chose KHT over Prerana?

Also were you able to get a quote for the alloys?

Yes I did a PDI, when the car was at the service station in the morning, afternoon 4pm I took the delivery, initially a different car was to be delivered to me, But I found many scratches on that car, I declined to take that one, its a Red Punto 1.3 active with chasis no -17974GNZ, any one going for such a make please note. Well they were not surprised that I will be present for PDI, I before buying I had mentioned about Team BHP and they are aware of the on goings at T-BHP.

Fiat alloys with 98 PCD comes for 10000/- each(can't afford them)

So looking for 15" alloys in market with 98 PCD.

Choosing KHT over Prerna has 2 basic reasons -

KHT showroom & service station both are very close to my house
I have seen one of my friend taking an Indica Vista Q-jet delivery from Prerna, and those guys do play little tricks while negotiating free items an discounts.

@ asdon:
Congrats buddy for the car. I too got my Punto in Bossa Nova White 1.2 Active on the 1st of Oct.

Regarding painting of the ORVMS and door handles to body Colour, I have done the same on my Punto before taking delivery. The price they charged me was Rs. 1500 + tax

how can they quote u 3500? We stay in the same country.....how can this happen?

Hey Asdon, as you probably would know, you should get cart load of choices from an Aftermarket Alloy shop for your Red Stud.

In any case, let me know if you need some help in finding Alloys as I can patch you up with couple of dealers at a good discount.

PS - I am not marketing for any dealer or product and neither do I recommend a particular Shop. Just helping the one's who share my passion for Cars and Mods.

Guess you should have taken her for the PDI.

Thanks for the response Asdon.
Good to know that they are aware of T-BHP!
For some reason they quoted me an Ex-showroom price higher than what's on the Fiat India site. I am waiting for a clarification from them.

10,000 per alloy is quite a lot ! Guess they don't want anything other than E-Pack to put them on !

Cool Man. Was good to see it in flesh on the day of delivery.

You have already covered 410 KMs in just three days. Great going. Now I know why you wanted Diesel

Though we got the Beat over a week ago, it has only done 120 KMs. ;-) My wife is still comfortable in using the other car
