Nah. Gave up the idea of upsizing. Will just add on alloys after a month or so.

re: Renault Duster & Nissan Terrano : Wheel & Tyre Upgrade

Well, I looked up on the Michelin and Yoko india website and found a tyre spec, that exactly matches.

Mich - 225/70/R15 - Latitude Cross (1.5% slower than the stock tyres)
Yokos - couldn't find one.

If you have chosen this option and using it, please provide feedback.

Also, any estimated guess on how much the company provided alloys and tyres after 50 kms of usage will fetch me @ Bangalore?

I am also looking for alloys for my yet to come Duster.
I will be keeping the stock tyres & only wheels will be changed.

Any suggestions guys.
Keep them coming.

What color ?

If white/black ? look for smoked / stealth look i.e. Black aftermarket alloys

^ this idea will suit only RxE / RxL Variant as these will not be having silver inserts on areas like door handles, ORVM etc

Well color would be white or silver & variant would be RXL.
I am also thinking of going for smoked or black machined ones.
Thanks for the suggestion.

re: Renault Duster & Nissan Terrano : Wheel & Tyre Upgrade

Hi guys, I'm planning to get alloys for my yet to come duster (110RXL Woodland Brown). I plan to retain the stock tyres and just change the alloys. What is the specifications of the alloys I need to get? By specifications, I mean

Alloy width = 6J?
PCD?
No of holes? - I think this is 5 hole.

Any other things I should look out for? Stock size is 215/65 R 16, right?

re: Renault Duster & Nissan Terrano : Wheel & Tyre Upgrade

Hi guys, this is my first post on TBHP!!!
I too have booked 85PS RxL(O) and waiting for the delivery. I am thinking of replacing stock tyres with Micheline. Micheline's website suggested me to go for MICHELIN Latitude Tour HP. Since this is a perfect match for the stock tyre size, I am hoping that ride quality wouldn't drop and also hoping that these tyres would be a bit less noisy than the stock tyres. Is anyone using these on their Dusters? Would it be the right choice?

re: Renault Duster & Nissan Terrano : Wheel & Tyre Upgrade

Hi everyone,

Eagerly waiting for my Duster 110 PS RXL (white). Hope you guys really having fun with your Dusty.

Well find below friend of mine's similar 110 PS RXL which he took delivery 2 months back. He did upgraded his tyres and some painting job on bumpers.

I am planning to do similar painting jobs and regarding tyres i am bit confused so i might stick back with the stock tyre itself or else upgrade to 235/60/16.

Info:
Tyres - Hankook Dynapro 235/60/R17 40k
Wheels - After market one, sort of Chinese make budgeted one at 28k.

re: Renault Duster & Nissan Terrano : Wheel & Tyre Upgrade

Hello All,

My Duster is some two weeks away. Hope to take the delivery by End of this month.

I checked with a Michelin Tyre Pluse shop, they said, they don't have any for duster ! Well, I don't believe that.

Could some one tell me what tyres are this one :http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/attach...ianandrus0.jpg

When i search I could find only this :http://www.goodyear.co.in/tyres_view.asp?category=suv

Could some one help me ?
