Kamathji, u are mistaken pt4(a) states ""NA" meaning Not Applicable in Government Lexicon (on the question whether the RC book has been surrendered to the RTO) also in govt auctions if RC book is surrendered it is always considered as SCRAP sale

This is actually a 1977 petrol mercedes benz which was originally white in colour.Definitely doesnt come under the collectible class.Could be good as a runabout

Chanced upon this print advertisement in Times of India

However, personally, I would opt instead for this white 1946 Ford Willys jeep costing just Rs 40,000/=!! but needing an original engine
