For sure that's not a '46 but a much later (1948-51) Prefect, going by the headlights incorporated into the fenders! The '46 had externally fitted headlamps, which my father once called "frog eyes" headlamps! Incidentally, he had a '51 Prefect in the 70s.

V CUTE !!

Some facts abt the car:
Registration passing from Delhi
It was is regular use till Dec 2014 untill a small technical fault which was fixed soon later
Gives upto 9-11 Km per litre of petrol if used regularly
Still registered on name of1st owner, from whom i bought the car in 2013.
Built in 1978, owned by indian ambassador to Germany, imported to india in 1983.
All technicals are stock except brake master cylinder, which was replaced with original VW classic spares part, after verifying part number-Logos are stock, yet re-done (see team-bhp article)
Steering wheel is from MK2, was replaced due to horn mis-function.. stock one still available.
Originl stock 'Grundig' AM/mini-cassette system, needs head change probably
All tyre tubes changed in last one year span
Battery is one year old
Speedometer cable broken, rear-rightside window glass broken (currently has arcylic sheet), can arrange for replacement glass if needed.
NOC arangement may be an issue due to NGT rules in Delhi-NCR region.

Extras available:
Stock roof carrier, made of aluminium, shipped with car.
one stock duplicate key with 2 original blank keys.
extra disc pads.lift-jack (old-type).
Spare wheel .. rim ok but bad yet useful tyre
Stock steering wheel (with the 'Wolf' logo)
Extra "Volkswagen" badge for rear, brand new shipped from China.

I don't know about the other cars but the BMW Isetta seems to be one of the best maintained / restored Isetta in the country. I remember seeing it in some old issues of Auto India and if I am right, it belongs to Kashyap Auto.

the asking prices of the BMW and buick are quite reasonable if you compare with the demanded price of the wolseley which is basically an austin cambridge/morris oxford/MGmagnette/Riley4/68
