I am very sorry to say that, at the moment I am not in India, but whenever I reach there, I will upload the scanned manual for you. But I can give you any information from my memory, as well as I can ask my dad over phone and inform you. Please specify if you have any queries!! All the best for your restoration!!

RD 350 advert 1981

As I have mentioned before RD 350 is my True Love and I never get tired of batting for it. So another beautiful advertisement. The Copy is too good and describes the entire performace range in one line.

Enjoy and Ride/Drive Safe

Completely off topic, sorry mods:
Going by the sheer numbers of objects that have crossed our shores for ol' Blighty, a more apt phrase would be: "England - made in India"

Here are some fantastic India ads, probably dating to 1956. Thanks to a friend who forwarded them to me.

1956 Dodge Kingway with 'jet-fin' styling - featuring tubeless tyres and 12 volt electrics

1956/57 Fiat 1100 Elegant - 'It's better and Elegant' - priced at Rs. 9348 excluding taxes!

The Willys ad mentions Walford Transport Ltd at 71 Park Street, Kolkata. At this location now stands a swank office building called "Park Plaza". It houses the office of one of my ex-employers, and I worked in this very building for a few years. Amazing to know the location housed an automobile showroom earlier

Slightly off topic, but here's a cool old visiting card I found, from my dad's collection.
Harks back to a gentler era, when S.V. Road was Ghodbunder road, Mumbai was Bombay, and most importantly, the guy didn't even have a telephone !! Correspondence must've been via the good old post card !
