Looks very neat, that Caddy, extremely original condition but the upholstry and the carpets look like they have been changed at soem point.

Please share some history on this car. A Caddy on wire wheels is always a great car

I think this car is now for sale. The price is said to be around 30 lakhs. I dont have any further details.

I don't think that is the Goa car, the Hyd car is a later model.

Howler, that is F M Khan's car. Sports a diesel engine. Should be in Mysore.

Thanks KPS, if its khans car then its in nanjrayapatna in coorg, but it looks pretty messy compared to the one in the pic, this used to be my granddads car im told, used to be maroon.

Don't know the whereabouts of this one now but I do know that this car was imported along with another one with the same specs into portuguese goa. The second one was for the former chairman of the Dempo Group, Late Sh. V.S. Dempo. It is still in the family but used very rarely.

Dempo's cadillac is a fleetwood 1961, the car is still in use. Will post pics later
From what i heard the raj bhavan caddy is rusting at fire station in panjim but not sure.
Apparently there were only to caddys in goa, raj bhavan and dempo group

If I understood correctly, you are saying that there were only two Cadillacs in Goa. That is incorrect, there are Cadillac's of the 1950's, and one is a convertible.

There are two convertibles as of now and I am sure there were more Cadillac's in general other than the Raj Bhavan and Dempo cars mentioned.
