You did the right thing by cancelling Caska and Fog lamps. Its a day-light robbery IMO. Caska universal is available at an average price of 25k at most places here in Pune. This is without the speakers obviously. 22k for fog lamps is insane. However, did you check with the Honda dealer regarding the other option for fog lamps? A Honda dealer in Pune had told me that they have another brand of fog lamps which can be bought for 8k, which is a OK price IMO. Atleast, when Honda themselves fit those fog lamps, they can't crib about warranty issues. Think about it.

The universal Caska was quoted to me at 32-33K. I had a demo and wasn't impressed with it's SQ output. So tossed that option out. Instead going for a outside setup (refer to the ICE thread "Ask the Gurus" for details).

I have managed to source a set of OEM oval Honda fog lamps at 9K! Pretty unbeatable price, doncha think? Will ask the Honda guys to get it fitted so that it doesn't tamper with warranty. Let's see what happens.

And I am told that the City facelift will be dearer by 15-16K come February 2012. So, if anyone wants the City, January will be the best time to book one. (I confirmed from the dealer that they will honor the pricing at the time of booking, and are willing to give so in writing as well)

Today morning saw a couple of Prius, Etios and Liva all with temporary registration numbers near BTM layout and later spotted them all waiting near Agara lake. Possibly to the Ravindu Toyota showroom on outer ring road.
The blue Liva (G) had a major dent in the back which extended to the bumper. I think the rear bumper had cracked as well. The regn number was KA05 TC 16/03
