Before booking TD all diesel hatches but nothing could impress me more than Swift. 4th car in our garage..hope it comes on time...fingers crossed.

+1 to that. As a diesel hatchback, the Swift is very hard to beat. Btw, i've been quoted 7 months waiting time for white ZDI! Has there been any reduction in waiting time after the production stabilized ?

Just asking as you've been quoted only a 5 month wait.

There is one more dealer who has promised me JAN 2012 end delivery booking with them too.

Also I am taking insurance from Outside Bajaj to transfer my 50% NCB. The insurance guy is introduced by the SM itself and he had promised refund once I show the RC Transfer certificate.

The OTR also covers Essential Pack - Mud Flap, Mats and Waxoyl Exterior Coating and 3rd Yr Extended Warranty

I am thinking If I could swap for 3M Under Chasis coating instead of Exterior.

But the SM is asking me to do Under Chasis coating later after a year or so, as new car comes with the coating. Please help me to choose between Under Chasis coating or Exterior Polish.

Thats a great price. @9.68, its close to even some petrol top-ends. Were you promised any freebies? Whats the difference between Skoda Shield and Skoda Secure? What about extended warranty? Whats your plan for the ICE, since the Ambition variant does not have one?

The price will come down if I register my car in Pondicherry as the life time road tax is only Rs 15000. I am thinking about it as I have a residence there as well. No freebies. Skoda Shield is 2+2 yrs extended warranty.
