Congratulations on the booking,
We just picked up a Titanium AT 5 weeks ago. In my opinion this is still one of the best handling sub-compact SUVs in the market. Settled on this over the Venue SX turbo and Sonet HTK+ DCT.

Damn, don't know anyone who purchased the Titanium AT over Titanium+ AT. Did they give you any offers/discounts for it?

Congrats all the same.

Yep, this was towards the end of December so there were some good discounts. Additionally budget was a big constraint. Since this car is mostly used in the city (90%) anyway, decided to take it and drive responsibly.

I booked it on 12th November. my wife had insisted on this date being Dhanteras so instead of gold i booked Sonet. The waiting period is as usual 6-8 weeks, and I am in regular touch with the SE to update me on the delivery status. Keen to buy a 2021 model which the SE informed would be available only after Jan 15th of 2021.
Update:
Received my car on 3rd Feb after 81 days of waiting period. But now my wait has ended. Very happy with the decision. Though it is not lively like its turbo siblings but it does satisfy my needs and requirements for now

Re: The "I Booked my Car" Thread

Make : Honda
Model : Jazz
Variant : V CVT
Fuel : Petrol
Booking Date : 6th Feb 2021
Color : Golden brown
Expected Delivery Date : 13th Feb 2021
Dealer & City : Johns Honda Thrissur
Freebies : No freebies but there is a cash discount that Honda is running for 15k and we were able to negotiate a further discount of 12k. So 27k is the total benefits.

On road price is 10.04 lacs. I'm exploring the option to take my own insurance in which case this might go down further.

Make : Tata Motors
Model : Nexon
Variant : XM Petrol MT
Booking Date : 02/01/2021
Color : Grey
Expected Delivery Date : 8 weeks
Dealer & City : KHT Motors, Bangalore
Price: Around 9,40,000 OTR (Insurance by HDFC @ 26k - special offer on corporate tie-up), 2 years extended warranty included, expecting a price hike.

I hope they deliver in 4 wks as the sales rep said XM has less demand, but not pinning any expectations on it.
Finally got the car today. There was a waiting period of a week for getting HSRP after registration. Did a thorough check and took delivery only after getting them.

There was no price hike since the car was booked before 21st Jan.

It is a huge upgrade from previous Zen estillo.

The time had come to bid goodbye to two of our lovelies owing to the NGT rules in the Delhi NCR region. I must say that choosing a small hatch for short neighborhood runs proved to be whole lot tougher than expected; more so with Swift VDi being the outgoing car. So, after some researching and a couple of test drives later, here are the details of what would be arriving towards the beginning of February:

Manufacturer: Hyundai
Model: Grand i10 NIOS
Variant: Sportz
Fuel Type: Petrol
Booking Date: January 3, 2021
Color: Aqua Teal
Expected Delivery: February 2021
Dealership: Deep Hyundai, Peeragarhi, Delhi
On-Road Price: ~7,30,000

The booking experience has been pleasant till now and I hope it to remain consistent throughout the buying process.
Conducted a detailed PDI on Friday, February 5, 2021 and took delivery of the car on Sunday, February 7, 2021.

Got complimentary floor mats, cabin perfume, mudflaps, and framed Lord Shiva Maa Parvati along with the car. Have also got a new set of NeoWheels alloys and Michelin XM+ tires installed along with Autoform bucket seats and 5D mats.

Looking forward to getting some OEM accessories fitted once the ceramic+PPF is done with.

Re: The "I Booked my Car" Thread

Make: Kia
Model: Seltos
Variant: HTE 1.5 Diesel MT
Fuel: Diesel
Colour: Clear White
On-road price: 12,57,875 ( with Extended Warranty )
Booking date: 28th Dec 2020
Delivery Date: 14th Jan 2021
Dealer & City :- Vihaan Kia, Secunderabad
Freebies: Underbody coating at 1st service.

With a heavy heart had to let go off my Swift Vdi (2010) after almost 11years of trouble free ownership, to make way for the new entrant into the family - Kia Seltos. Totally satisfied with the new purchase and happy with the base HTE diesel variant which suffices my requirements.

Below pic was taken inside Pench National Forest enroute Delhi from Hyderabad.

Nope. No SMS, no e-mail.

I waited 14 days from the date of booking, and when the dealership showed their helplessness I talked to my factory sources. Suggestion was given to post on Twitter. I did exactly that and it brought them out.

Availability of the XE Rhythm was an issue, so upgraded to XM. Dealership was happy to oblige.

I too sold my car to Ford Assured. Booked my Ecosport on 23-Jan-2021, with a 90 day waiting period. However I was informed today that they will be getting an update from Ford on Friday(Feb-5) regarding the correct ETA. *Fingers Crossed* The wait is driving me insane and it has only been 9 days since I booked.

If you don’t mind sharing, what is the deal you got ? Barring the exchange bonus.
Price of the old car - 1.7L
Exchange Bonus - 20K
Offers (which run every month) - 15K (Sales Head promised that this value may change every month)
+ 5K worth accessories

I told them that I would take Insurance outside.

Thank You.
My old car was valued at 1.7L.
Exchange bonus - 20K.
+ Monthly offers - around 15k
+Accessories worth 5K

I do not think diesel has automatic now, maybe you have to opt for Petrol. Please check.

Sure. With the new features, Ecosport Titanium is a solid contender in the Sub 4M SUV space.
