2021 Honda Gold Wing Tour deliveries begin in India

The Honda Gold Wing Tour is powered by a 1,833cc, liquid-cooled, 6-cylinder engine that produces 125 BHP @ 5,500 rpm and 170 Nm @ 4,500 rpm. The engine is mated to either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.

Honda has commenced the deliveries of the 2021 Gold Wing Tour in India. The deliveries were conducted through the company’s Honda BigWing Topline outlets in Gurugram (Haryana), Mumbai (Maharashtra), Bengaluru (Karnataka) and Indore (Madhya Pradesh).

The 2021 Gold Wing Tour makes its way to the Indian market via the CBU route from Japan. Honda claims that the first lot of motorcycles were sold out within 24 hours of the commencement of bookings. The bike was launched in June this year.

The Gold Wing Tour is powered by a 1,833cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 24-valve, SOHC flat-6 engine that produces 125 BHP @ 5,500 rpm and 170Nm @ 4,500 rpm. The motorcycle comes equipped with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), Integrated Starter Generator (ISG), Idling Stop (on the DCT option) and Hill Start Assist (HSA). It also features a double-wishbone front suspension, an extended electric screen and dual LED fog lights.

The Gold Wing Tour comes with Bluetooth connectivity and is also available with two USB Type-C ports to plug a smartphone into. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto have been provided as well.

The Gold Wing Tour is available in two variants – Manual Transmission (white) and DCT + Airbag (black), priced at Rs. 37,20,342 and Rs. 39,16,055 (ex-showroom, Gurugram), respectively.
