Detailed images: MG Gloster reaches dealerships

The upcoming MG Gloster has stared reaching dealerships and the new images give us a better look at the interior and the features offered.

On the outside, the SUV gets quad exhaust tips, and GLOSTER lettering on the bottom part of the tailgate along with 'ADAS' badging. It rides on multi-spoke alloy wheels.

On the inside, the SUV comes with three rows of seating with captain seats for the second row, a digital instrument cluster, buttons for the lane departure warning and rear differential lock, and a rotary knob for the drive and traction modes which include Auto, Eco, Sport, Sand, Mud, Rock and Snow. It also appears to get hill descent control, park assist, seat ventilation and heating and wireless charging. The Gloster is also expected to get a panoramic sunroof.

The SUV could be powered by an FCA-sourced 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 218 BHP and 480 Nm. The engine could be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. MG had earlier released a video listing the advanced safety features that are expected to be offered with the car.

The MG Gloster will be positioned above the Hector and will compete with the Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour and Mahindra Alturas G4 in the Indian market.
