Ex-Royal Enfield head Vimal Sumbly joins TVS

Sumbly was associated with Bajaj, KTM and Triumph before joining Royal Enfield.

Vimal Sumbly, Royal Enfield's former head of the Asia Pacific region, has joined the TVS Motor Company.

According to media reports, Sumbly will spearhead the brand's premium 2-wheeler business. He is also expected to help the brand expand its global business. However, there is no official confirmation regarding his new position yet.

Sumbly has worked with various premium brands for more than a decade. He was associated with Bajaj, KTM and Triumph before joining Royal Enfield. Sumbly announced his exit from Royal Enfield in February this year, after being with the brand since 2018.
