Hyundai Creta global launch on July 21, 2015

Hyundai has announced that the global launch of the Creta crossover will take place on July 21, 2015 in New Delhi.

The Creta is expected to be available with a choice of three engines:

1.6-litre, 4-cylinder, Dual VTVT petrol, 121 BHP, 6-speed manual gearbox. This version will be available in the Base, S and SX+ trim variants

1.4-litre, 4-cylinder, CRDi diesel, 89 BHP, 6-speed manual gearbox - available in Base, S and S+ trim levels

1.6-litre, 4-cylinder, CRDi, diesel, 126 BHP, 6-speed manual gearbox - available in SX, SX+ and SX(O) trim levels OR 6-speed automatic gearbox - available in SX+ trim level

Hyundai claims that it has received more than 28,500 enquiries for the Creta. The company also claims that over 10,000 customers have expressed interest in purchasing the car.
