Mercedes to launch 22 models in India in next 4 years

The German carmaker is expected to launch a total of 15 models in the country, by the end of 2021.

According to a media report, Mercedes is looking to launch 22 new models in India over the next 4 years. These include a few EQ electric models as well as AMG models.

The German carmaker is expected to launch a total of 15 models in the country, by the end of 2021. In the past 6 months, they have already launched the A-Class, GLA, E-Class facelift, 2021 GLC, GLS Maybach, and the S-Class. The company also plans to introduce seven AMG models in India this year.

Mercedes is betting big on electric models as well. The carmaker is looking at local assembly of its electric vehicles. The EQS sedan has been listed on the website and could be the next all-electric model for India.
