MG Hector bookings open on June 4, 2019

Bookings for the MG Hector are expected to open on June 4, 2019. Customers will also be able to place orders online on the MG Motor website.

The MG Hector is a 5-seater SUV that will be launched next month. It is expected to be offered in four variants - Style, Super, Smart and Sharp. The SUV is likely to get features such as a 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 7-inch MID, cruise control, remote car operation, panoramic sunroof, heated ORVMs, electrically adjustable front seats, cooled glove box and ambient lighting. Safety features include a 360-degree camera and 6 airbags.

The MG Hector will be powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine with 141 BHP and 250 Nm of torque and a 2.0-litre diesel producing 168 BHP and 350 Nm of torque. A 6-speed manual transmission will be offered as standard, while the petrol version gets a dual-clutch automatic option. MG will also offer a mild-hybrid variant of the Hector.
