MG launches 'My MG' sales & service app for customers

MG Motor India has launched a mobile app called 'My MG' to provide contactless service to customers.

Using the app, customers can book a new car and also track their booking from production to final delivery. The app also offers information on warranty coverage and car protection plans.

Customers can also book service appointments. The app offers information on service cost estimate, service history and total expenses. The progress can be tracked live when the car is in service. Customers can also get in touch with a service advisor through the app. E-invoice of the service jobs are made available through the app and customers can make payments online.

The My MG app can be used to locate and navigate to the nearest MG dealer. It has a one-tap call feature for roadside assistance and a 24x7 chat, call and mail service. It also supports voice commands.

Customers can also store digital copies of documents like driving licenses, pollution under control certificates, etc.
