also can i put the 6" 9" in boot to get the bass response only??
If you want to stick 6x9 along with 2 other pairs of speakers you will need an amp.

For 12K you can some pretty good speakers. I would consider Infinty, Hertz Hi-Energy, Alpine, and Illusion, amongst others.

Navin, he wants 2 pair of speakers for 12K. So i guess he should go for JBL 6" components in front and a pair of co-axials for the rear. but, you need to spend another 6-10K for an amp to power these speakers.

Btw, i never heard of anyone talking about sticking co-axials in the boot?

Good to find this thread.
Can anybody tell me the prices of JVC headunits
8506 etc.,
They are without screen and have
DVD, USB, DivX support and a dedicated subwoofer out.
No screen through, have to fix that aftermarket

My Mom is currently runnig a pair of Infinity coomps and coax from her HU. Wokrs ok at low-moderate volumes. Cost of both pairs speakers incl VAT, B&W, etc. was 12.5K. At best it should cost 13-13.5K incl. install as I know that my installer offers me slightly better prices since I have been using her services and recomending others for many years. Details in the "What ICE" thread.
