Hi Gill.
What's the update on the system?

Enjoying it? What are your friend's or near and dear's comments on hearing it?
I hope you don't miss the rear soundstage by now....LOL

LBM do you know that you will have to RTA each listener's postion and that if you have 4 lisener's you will go mad finding a happy medium between all those positions. Why you dont trust what God gave you (your ears and what's between them).

1. those wattages are max wattages.
2. like i have said before these thermal reading are a guide not an absolute. most speakers are more limited by their Xmax than their Watts.

Navin Ji normally I travel alone so I thought to tune with respect to my location, but to see what the final result is I need to check with the RTA how good are my ears and between them.

Does it matter what the RTA says?

Can someone please tell me what a 100 watts rms rating for 4 ohm speakers means?
Does it mean a 100 watts rms into 4 ohms amplifier is the 'best' match for those speakers?

This is ok. No need to worry it is like the amp will have a little head room and it will not clip. By the way I was using 290 watts rms to the 100 watts rms front stage.

1. It means that the speakers can handle (are capable) of running at 100W nominal (or normal usage) when given this power.

2. Not necessarily, open a new thread...post your exact queries and we'll help you.

Upgrade already decided guys.

I always knew you couldn't keep a Jatt and a grand daddy 15" IDQ too far away for too long. hehehhe........

Quest for new Sub Amp and better HU remains now!
