Some common culprits are:
1. Power and RCA cables running on the same side of the car
2. Bad quality RCAs (not shielded well enough)
3. PICO fuse
4. Grounding/earthing problem

Sadly it does! You'll agree with this one though, Vikram, when its sounds so good, even depreciation doesn't HERTZ :-)
