LC Meters measure capacitance but I doubt you'll find one that can measure upto a million microfarads.

Here is my question, I don't think many manufacturers give us the correct capacitance they fake as we cannot measure Capacitance. Many a times when I have installed the power capacitor I still find dancing headlights and loose some real good low frequency power. When I change these to a branded Capacitor It really vanishes. Am i right correct me if i am wrong.

Won't good power wiring obviate the need for Caps in most cases?
