Here it is. They give so many URLs. I guess i mixed them up.
Samurai san. another good subject. I guess you need to give the shock. First a pic of just the serene and beautiful river and then the shocking garbage in front of it.

The flowers are overexposed. Try centerweighted metering on the flowers.

Thanks for the suggestions Samurai. Since i know nothing about the technicalities about photography dont know how much i can improve upon it. Will try for better shots though.

Let me guess, hand held shot? It has shook, so no sharpness. You should use tripod in low light situations.

The face is little distracting, may be he should have held it high.

Hey both the shots are good RJStyles.
The shot1 looks a bit overexposed. I guess the colours have come out much b etter in the 2nd shot and the 1st looks a wee bit washed out in comparison and also has too shallow a DOF that the flower is blurred off towards the other end.
THe 2nd shot is much better with lots of more colours and great DOF. Like samurai san says, the curious eyes of the boy is the culprit. Try PP gaussian blur or something on that aspect alone.

If you dont have access to tripod. Look for resting your hand against something near by. Its important that you rest the wrist against something. LIke in this instance you could have rested your hand against a top of a chair.
If you are not sure of holding the camera steady. You will need to be all hands to focus and frame the shot. Once you do that use your left to press the camera firmly(from the top) down to the surface you are resting the camera against and use the right index finger alone to operate the shutter button.

Also remember to just push the trigger with your index finger gently without moving your hand itself. Remember to hold on to the pushed index finger till you hear the shutter release back (for it is going to take a good second or so to deal with this kinda situations).
