Wow. This shot is looking so nice. Such a wide perspective almost like a fisheye. Is iPhone 11 lens so wide or you used some clip on lens??

Thank you, this was shot with the wide angle of the iPhone 11 Pro Max, nothing else. just step back and frame the image and some post on LR. No clip lens.

Went out last night and took the Nikkor 20mm f/1.8 G paired to my Nikon D610, Manual exposure of 1/30s at f/1.8 with auto ISO max kept at 400 shot handheld, must say the image is usable. I think I should be using this 20mm f/1.8G prime more often, especially in night situations. Lovely glass. Location: Napier Bridge illuminated at night, Chennai.

The sky was just awesome today, headed out to the Adyar Bridge for this shot, it didn't disappoint...Nikon D610+Nikkor24-120mmf/4VR.

A subdued sunrise yesterday morning (21-03-2021) at Elliot's Beach, Chennai, Nikon D610+Nikkor 24-120mm f/4 VR...

Surreal Sunrise at Elliot's today...

Got my new toy, yesterday, Nikon Z50 with Kit lens, 16-50mm. This pic is of sunrise today from my terrace, we're in a lockdown here.

Sunset by the River close to home...Nikon Z50 with Kit Lens 16-50mm...

Looks awesome. Even the second one as well. Would love to hear your comparative feedback between DSLR & Mirrorless.

In the meantime please see some of my recent clicks. All pics taken from iPhone 8+

Yummy pics, Vikas! Thank you, Vikas. Almost all camera companies are dishing out stepmotherly treatment to the DSLR's: they are almost on the way out: Mirrorless is the rage. Sony is at the forefront and has a good head start over others. Nikon has been late to the party. That said, I feel Nikon Z50 is a great camera image wise (I'm mainly into stills) fantastic Nikon ergonomics and since I've been a Nikon Shooter since 2012 it's also intuitive. I bought Nikon because I have a lot of Nikon F mount Glass which I can use with an FTZ adapter. Z50 is a crop sensor (APSC) and the 16-50mm kit lens is a gem.
Here's an image of the sunset at Muttukadu, ECR taken with the same combo last Sunday (04-07-2021)...

My bro shot what I think is a reasonably arty picture of me working. Shot on an iPhone, what else?!

Seriously, some of the pics and more importantly the piece de resistance are just amazing.

I am hungry now and am left with no choice but to raid the refrigerator. Posting the pics would only be an insult to what exists on this thread :-)

My favourite picture from when we went to Sikkim in 2019.
