@samurai. Excellant pictures.
I think instead of planing a stay in Bandipur or Nagarhole, we can have a visit to your office clap:

Samurai nice of the moth !!

The last pic reminds me Iv got to dig up some pictures, nothing great but its very amusing.

Background - The estate workers found an egg and dropped it in the pile of chicken eggs. On hatching the peacock emerged to think its one of the chicks and has been tame ever since. Its always roaming around with the other chicks and hanging around the house !!!!

Love the pics of the peacock. You are one lucky guy to have your company in such locales.

Thanks, but I gotta be careful too. This Monday as I was walking back from the post office, I stopped 3ft away from a snake which was blocking the side gate of the office. Didn't have a camera, I had to wait until it slithered away, looked like a rat snake going by the grey color and small head. But there are cobras too. I always have to walk looking down.:eek:

the moth pics are beautiful samurai :) you're lucky to be living in such a place, giving you so much opportunity to shoot pictures.

Excellent pics Samurai. As NIP said, your lucky to be living along with nature so you can capture them much better.

Rudra color corrected this one since it was shot through one-way mirror glass.

WOW, these are amazing pictures!
Is this place actually like that or have you digitally touched the images to get such a clear reflection of the sky on the water below.

Ok, this picture is from my recent attempt. I am an amateur and learning new photography tricks for my newly acquired hobby.
I read a few articles on digital photography and learnt that while doing a nature photography session you should try to capture the actual environment. I am trying to capture the wind in this shot.
