Olympus E3 does have exposure bracketing. But it can only shoot 5 frames per seconds, therefore Olympus E3 can't do HDR without tripod. I don't think I can hold the camera rock steady for one second or even 0.6 seconds. Last edited by Samurai : 20th January 2009 at 14:46. |

Amitoj, for me composition is important. And the Jeep's bonnet is not an acceptable tripod for me unless I am desperate. Last edited by Samurai : 20th January 2009 at 14:47. |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() Mukul there's no composition involved in that pic, it was a mere shot to capture those trumpets with their reflection. Composition !! Let know if this satisfies you , if not I will do better next time monsieur ![]() ![]() |

Team-BHP Support ![]() ![]() | ![]() Torqueguru, very good compositions from you recently, really goes to show that the person behind camera is more important than the equipment. It is time for you to switch to dSLR. Take the plunge. |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() Nice composition TG. Not sure if it would've looked better if the Sun was not in the frame. BTW, here is a shot from a recent photo-shoot at Somanathapura. The shot is of the intricately curved roof of the inner sanctum of the temple, tripods are not allowed inside and light was very low, so kept the camera on the floor, composed the shot in mind and fired away ;-) ![]() |

Thanks gKrishn, this was kind of a surprise shot and somehow the composition came out good although I was anticipating something horrible. And surprisingly this is the 2nd shot of the lot(I tried many other shots in similar fashion but ended up keeping only this one). |

Senior - BHPian ![]() | ![]() I clicked it while the car was moving at around 4--50 Kmph. There was natural motion blurr around the car and the road nearby. I added some additional motion blurr in the distant places though. Surprisingly there is no motion blurr on the bonnet. But it is no PS job, photo came like that. |
