Awesome Shot, Great Timing. This shot is a keeper (maybe crop the left side a little to remove distractions)

Any reason for that waiting ?
Lovely frames there, sorry not mentioning it in my previous post.

My all time favorite quote (my permanent signature here and everywhere) finds an image to match the meaning !!

Miles to go before I sleep...

140mm, ISO-400, who said you need a wide angle lens to shoot such images ?
Sunset as seen from "

Nice..! I think the focus is little bit behind those two walking.
True, there was no time to change the aperture, so it happened to be at f/5.6 as I was shooting birds. If given a chance, I would prefer it to be at f/16. Coming next f/16 :)

You're being very modest Shajufx. In fact compared with you all, I am a rank beginner though I started handling cameras at a very early age (6 years). I took a long sabbatical once I entered college and picked it up again in the 90s. Primary reason was cost of cameras and lenses. I had to wait many years before I could afford a (film) SLR.
I am truly inspired by nearly all of you posting on this thread and the DSLR thread, amateur and pro photographers alike. Folks like Rudra Sen are outa this world.
Cheers!
Though I had not shared my clicks during the past few months, I have been closely following this thread. I've to admit that I'm speechless after seeing some images uploaded here. Keep up the good work. :thumbs up
Yesterday, we bought a sparingly used Sony DSC H50. Thanks to my dad.
Thought of sharing some pics that I clicked today. Criticism welcome.

You're a liar! For the record, I consider you as a guru :)
Colorful shot. But, the flowers on the top right corner looks over saturated to my eyes (?)
Klub_CLass - Any particular reason (in the second pic) to leave so much of empty space on the right side? Amazing pics though. Good to know there is a photography class room here. Now I am glued to this thread.
A couple from my side. Taken at Sariska recently.
Rhesus Macaque
Indian Treepie
Very nice. Even the craters are visible.
