Guys i need buy a "CAMERA" phone, this will be replacing my faithful Nokia N82. So the main thing that i'm looking for is more megapixels and a xenon flash!

How would u rate the Samsung Pixon 12 ? how much does this cost ?

Why not have a look at the N86.
Heard its camera is pretty amazing.

Hey guys,

Please help me choose a new phone for myself. Following are the requirements:

1. GPS. This is MUST as I am looking for a phone which can run MgMaps and can show my current position on my phone. Without using any GPRS connection.

2. WiFi: Will buy a laptop soon and then will install a wifi router at my place. So WiFi is MUST.

3. Windows Mobile: As many things are readily available WM would be fun. And then I can learn WM programming if I want to develop something myself.

4. Should be under 15K. My previous phones include : Nokia 6600 (20K) and MotoMing (16K). Learnt it hard way that 15K for phone is more than enough to spend stupid:

What you would suggest? I am looking at Asus P320/P527. Do you have any other better alternatives?

There's a new WM phone from Acer too. Don't remember the model.

We are in same situation buddy!! Same mobiles, same lessons and now looking for a new mobile. I will be watching this thread closely.

Any news on when Noika E52 oe E55 are getting launched in India? I searched around the Nokia website, and there is no reference of either of these phones.

Basically, I am looking for a Nokia within the 15k price range, which has Email capability, is preferably a Candy Bar design, has Wi-Fi capability. So, far I've been able to shortlist N79 (which has most of these features), the other could have been an E51, but I've heard that they've stopped coming in the market now. Any suggestions friends?

15k with all those features - a bit tough as the only options left with you are - ASUS & HTC ( base ones )

The above are touch screens and no keypads.

Is E-Mail going to be one of the more used features on your phone or is it just the phone ? If Yes, then look for one with a keypad.

If you stretch your budget a bit more then go for the Nokia E71 for 17k-18K, that would be best option and since E72 is round the corner, expect the price to drop pretty soon.

My first preference is Windows Mobile. But I will have a look at Nokia E71.

Let me know if you narrow down on any mobile which fits our requirements

If your budget is <15K then you can go for HTC Touch (GSM)
if you can stretch the budget to 20K then you have E71/E75 from Nokia

I guess Touch does not have GPS which is my primary requirement.
