I lost my Nokia N82 and looking for a replacement, planning to a go a little bit lo-fi this time to get more battery life. One thing that I want this time is some capability to erase data on a lost/stolen phone and if possible render the phone useless using SMS commands. Does the "Mobile Tracker" that comes with Samsung have these features? Also, is it possible to load a 3rd party software to accomplish similar functions on Nokia devices. Any pointers would be highly appreciated. Thanks, Su-47 |

Sketchy details on N900 even on the Nokia site - hopeless! Unlike, say - N97, the specs mentions WCDMA under Communications, not HSDPA, WLAN, AGPS etc. No WLAN? |

India and China would be likely launch markets - more people here are willing to try something new unlike US. |

Anybody has any experience with Acrer phones, especially the DX900, which is a dual sim phone with WiFi and GPS. After carrying two phones, one for work and one for personal use, I've been looking for a dual SIM phone and DX900 appears to be the right one to fit my need. But, considering the fact that Acer is a relatively new player in this field, I want to be little cautious before making a purchase decision. Looking forward to hear experiences with Acer phones or comments/reviews. Regards Rex |
