Good details there Sid.
Nice to see the AT lineup is maintained.
Also - The dlite trim is no more (was it selling anyway?).
So - the sportz AT gets the Driver airbag, not the manual one?

thanks sid for the details. I hope the pricing is not too high as compared to the current variants.

Driver side Airbags in Sportz is a welcome move.

Isnt carbon grey type color currently being sold ?

Reverse parking sensors is an interesting addition.

I spoke to the dealership salesperson today, and was told that there was no automatic in the Magna. Either ways I will be visiting the dealership tomorrow to check out the car.

Saw this model at V3 service, OMR.

Has a bit of Micra looks from the front, IMO.

That's good news. I got to drive only a BS-III model.
@ri, How would you rate this BS-IV i20's steering with the Santro's steering?
Asking because i'm on the lookout for a B-seg car and the i20's steering was the only negative thing in it for me.

the front of the vehicle is like a grown up facelifted i10. The design ideology is getting carried over to all higher newer models too ?

its like a disease that has come over all auto manufacturers. From the german trio to the koreans...everyone want to make their whole line-up look similar ,sharing the same design cues !!

I confirmed this with the dealer at prabhadevi and he said although the launch will be tomorrow, there will not be any bluetooth connectivity as RTO has decided to ban that feature in cars and thats why Hyundai cars do not have bluetooth. Weird.

I think the dealer bluffed.
He does not even know what bluetooth connectivity means.
Bluetooth connectivity exists in punto, figo and many other cars.
RTO shall be insane to ban bluetooth and walk a reverse path where worldwide laws are coming into force that allows you to only use bluetooth (any handsfree device) to take/make a call while driving.

[OT: the next model coming in mid'11 will be this. Its called solaris for Russian market, in India it will be called as the new verna.
Pics courtesy a Russian website and carscoop.[/quote]

The car looks good and hope Hyundai do not get carried away with the pricing. The flowing design of car seems to have eaten into the rear passenger's head room. The fog lamps look like another show piece last the previous Verna.
