Re: 3D KAGU & Other Premium Mats

I just got a set of 3D Kagu mats for my XUV 500. I am seeing some overflow which is covering the scuff plates, is this expected?

I have used 3D Kagu mats for my XUV500 and have the Pharaoh mats(which are replacement for 3D Kagu) in my XUV700. I find these mats the best mats for a car.

Thanks for your feedback.

How would you rate them both? I have been using Kagu 3D's in my car / SUV's and few of my friends are using it too, on mine it has lasted for 1L+ kilometers, similarly, on 2 SUV's (Yeti Elegance 4X4 and a '15 Fortuner 4X4), it lasted for ~1.5L / till the car was sold. No issues. Would these last similar?

Color option? As beige won't attract foot prints as black does. Thanks for pointing this out as I and I am sure few others don't prefer the noodle / 7D (currently in vogue) mats, prefer these over any.

Pharaoh are exactly the same material and quality as 3D Kagu,. I have used beige in my Sunset Orange XUV500 and am using Black Pharaoh for XUV700. On the beige the foot prints are not so visible as the black, on the black the slightest dust shows.

Re: 3D KAGU & Other Premium Mats

I purchased the 3d kagu max spider mats for my
Isuzu Mux for ₹9,100. It fits very well and looks neat, except for the third row mat, which is more like a liner.

Re: 3D KAGU & Other Premium Mats

Any recommendations for VW Taigun? Any personal experiences? I don't see them listed on the 3D Kagu website, but they seem to be available on Pharaoh Automotive. Is the website reliable or should I check offline/Amazon? They are not in stock on Amazon right now, and I think they were about 20% more expensive when I last checked. Don't mind paying extra if the website is not reliable.

Pharaoh is the replacement to Kagu, I used Kagu for my XUV500 and am using Pharaoh for XUV700, they are exactly the same quality. You can go ahead with Pharaoh.

Re: 3D KAGU & Other Premium Mats

I have used 3D Kagu mats previously on various cars and was pretty happy with them, but in last couple of years prices have sky rocketed!

For my last 2 cars I have used GFX Life Long mats, I feel these are equally good at 1/3rd the price, the quality of material is different (rubberized) and more long lasting, it is easier to clean than 3D/Pharaoh and will outlast the life of the car which is not the case with 3D/Pharaoh. After 5-6 years of use the driver side pad, which is separate on 3D/Pharaoh starts to come off and needs super glue to be fixed back.

I observed in black 3D/Pharaoh mats the shine tends to wear off with the years and any type of cleaning does not bring back the original black. Have seen folks using black shoe polish to bring the black back. Beige seems to hold the color better but dirt is also evidently visible on beige.

Got these for Toyota Glanza at ₹2,900, they have not upgraded the design for 2022 Baleno/Glanza where earlier the fuel flap release was close to the driver side door. This is moved next to hood release below the steering.

Excuse the dirty driver side mat but a quick wipe with wet cloth clears away all the dirt.

Overflow was added in later years in many models, most probably on the feedback that dirt enters from the door sill side through shoes. This is normal.

Re: 3D KAGU & Other Premium Mats

Are 3D kagu or similar premium mats available for new MG Hector Plus 2023. I don't see MG mentioned anywhere on their website.

Hello, I was searching for GFX mats for my Honda Jazz on Google and came across this thread. Where did you source your mats? Offline?

Couple of websites which had stock for Jazz quotes more than 4000 Rs. and I didn't had a baseline to compare until I saw your post.

Prices for mats vary from model to model so not sure of market price for Jazz.

I got these offline, in Delhi every second accessory shop has them in stock, try to visit your local car accessories market.

In case you don't find them you can purchase online.

Re: 3D KAGU & Other Premium Mats

Anyone has any idea as to if 3D mats are available for the new Verna in Pune ? Are the 3D ones provided by Hyundai just as good ? Any feedback would be great.

Thanks !
