the baleno was called the suzuki esteem is some countries so you can google to find if there are any aftermarket solutions for the taillights and maybe try to replicate them.

I erally like what Gr8guzzler has posted. I think it is the most practical and quick-fix method to make the rear end look better.

Or we can go for an LED setup using the same basic mould shape for the light.

Both are much more practical than a metalwork/mould change as I suggested.

Waiting for your input, SRK.

The pic of the lights that Hari Rama is pretty neat.I remember seeing an led version on t-bhp.Now the question is where these lights are made(full assembly). My dad imports a lot of consumer stuff(boring to you ppl) from China so if lights are made there,he could import a few(usually the minimum is arnd 5000 peices).Wouldnt be that expensive.....so what say;how is the idea??

These lights are quiet good, but They look same the only thing different is the shiny feel.Do we get something like that on a lexus I am talking about the clear lamps and only the red & orange leds are seen.I had seen something like that on an esteem.

And guys are you ready to change the whole look of the back or just the lights????

Guys, Why are you messing with Baleno's posterior?! Just like Sania's nose ring and Sidhu's -isms, it may not be to everybody's liking... but that's what gives them an attitude!!

Guys,I have used these lancer lights, because to me it looked different and I think they are available ,but this is going to be expensive.
1st we will have to get the whole setup for these lights, then get the tailgate fixed and then the quarter panel. And then paint all those areas.
Though it will give the car a new look but will be making your pocket lighter.

By the way this is just an idea,I dont know how much space this light will take and if ever it can be fitted,it has to be seen in flesh to get the exact dimensions and look.

If I owned that car I would go for the old setup and just get new bumpers. It will be quiet easy.
Here have a look, its not a finished product ,just wanted to give you the idea.
If you want a detailed version please tell me!
And yes the light starts from the top corner same as that on a lancer ,I have made a mistake.

So what you guys say??
Actually i don't like it much..I still prefer the old fat look.

hey SRK,
well what you have done here is pretty nice but ya the light should start from the top..and if you could do one more thing put the number plate on the bumper as opposed to its present placement on the trunk..that will make it look really nice..

oh and one more thing would look really nice if you could use that blue baleno pic with the spoilers...and make the rear lights look like the old 5 series bmw..it will look nice!

By putting the no. plate on the bumper the tailgate is looking more bigger and thus making the car look fat.thats why i didnt do it.

Hello Guys,
At the same time we can log in to http://www.marutibaleno.com/contact_us.asp and complain about the dull look backside to maruti. A mass sugession may prompt maruti to think about it. While doign this please select "Area of enquiry to "Product feedback". Atleast the people who are buying a new beleno will get the benefit provided maruti going to do something on it. Cheers.
