Saw this a few days back. Apparently it's a Mahindra official customisation based on the Scorpio called Mahindra Mountaineer. I'll agree it has presence like anything but not necessarily a good one.

Also it had a shovel on the right side and a sickle on the left. Now I understand these are for looks purely and to showcase it as an "off roader" but I'm genuinely curious about what use does a sickle have while off roading? Probably slashing the tyres after a hard look at the vehicle

Good eye! It is actually an 96 E220 underneath according to Reg Number.
Sadly, a well maintained W124 E220 would command a premium & more respect compared to this mod-job.
