Weird & wacky - Definitely yes! However not sure how the modification has been executed. Has the roof been raised? Is there a sleeping arrangement in place on the top? How the hell is the RTO okay with this!?

I think this has been covered before. Its a functional mod, for handicapped folks. The height is for access.

This is a specialized vehicle for handicapped people who use wheelchairs. The execution is very neat and makes one think that it has come straight from Maruti Suzuki.

Traveled in this contraption today. However, the seats were the most comfortable I have experienced in an auto rickshaw
