It looks like a 'DJ' lead car with speakers all around. It is a Bolero pickup with extra generator placed at the front (like a crash bar!) to power the speakers.

As to why that generator shields the car, I am clueless although my first guess would be to save the rear space for the in-house DJ.

It's a DJ car, you can see 4 speakers mounted atop the bolero and don't miss the diesel powered generator mounted on the front crash guard ! I wonder how it's mounted with all that heavy weight of the generator.

There's a trend going on of these DJ trucks in the rural Rajasthan , recently police took action on them because of rash driving and seized their vehicles. Here's a sample video

This jeep's whole body was tilted to the left. The road isn't inclined, if you are thinking about that. I don't understand how. There is no chance that someone would put different length of shockers on right and left side.

Being an old school jeep it is most likely broken rear left leaf springs.

Probably broken suspension Wonder if sitting in such a tilted vehicle for long durations causes back pain.
