I see this frequently as this belongs to someone in the neighbourhood. And that is not all, the guy has a V213 E Class with AMG badges, AMG bumpers, 'E63S' badges and what not, but the C pillar is a giveaway.

These two cars from this garage give a wannabe vibe but the other cars owned by this guy are quite nice - Mini Cooper with JCW bits, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, Bentley Continental GT W12 and Rolls Royce Ghost with Mansory bits (a little overdone though but atleast no fake badges). The garage also had a Techart 911 Carrera which was sold off to someone in Pune last year.

Sorry, could you point out and let me know what I'm missing?

It seems to be a Mercedes-Maybach S 650, and this two tone paint is a really expensive option!

Looks quirky, okay. However, it's unlikely that the owner "modified" the rear wiper to make it look like this. A more plausible explanation is vandalism, and IMHO this photo should go to the vandalism thread.
