^Oh Thats Nice

Will the add the pics and Video tomm.
As Mine is a type 3 800, The Exhaust was not fitting straight. so we had to bend the pipe towards the left side, and then attach it, so basically its not visible from outside.
You'll get the clear idea when I post the pics.

Ahh...Finally, a thread for the M800. I too have a 2007 MPFI and want to up the performance. All the M800 gurus, pls suggest which exhaust suits best (your permutation and combination ) on the 800. Also, is the ECU on the MPFI open loop or closed? Does the ECU manage the AFR?

I had a custom built FFE for my M800, however I have removed it as of now as it was touching the ground while running over humps. I have it lying in my garrage will post the pics soon.

Doesn't the hot exhaust air affect the rear left tire?

I got this work done from Karol Bagh, At first I did not like the Mechanic/Welder but then I realized that it was his excitement of installing a remus exhaust. Atleast that is what he said. It is indeed genuine remus.

Do post pics mate, lets get this thread alive and running. How was it touching the ground? Where exactly?

Maybe you can attach a bent pipe to the outlet so that the exhaust is directed towards the rear. Take a look at the chevy spark's or tata safari's OE muffler setup to get an idea.

This is how my FFE looks, header bend pipe has cracks in it as of now. Request suggestions on installing it back. Header bend pipe was the one which was touching the ground (hump) while running over the humps.

Bharat car? Whats the price and the model number for this? This is actully big for your car. That 90deg bend will kill the gains.

Even after a free flow, you will feel your accelerator pedal lighter as the cat-con is remove and restriction is reduced. It will become zipper to drive not to sure if any gain in 0-100
